Tell me what you want. I'll work out how.

A personal trainer for iPhone and Apple Watch that is actually personal — one that learns what you are training for, what gets you to turn up, and keeps both in mind as they change.

It asks, and it listens

You say what you want in ordinary words. Solomany builds the training to get you there, leads each session as you do it, and tells you afterwards what actually happened against what it asked for.

How many sessions have I done each week?

Sessions, by week

1234 5678

How many times you trained, week by week. A day with anything logged counts once, so this counts occasions rather than work.

It never rewrites your week quietly. A reason to go lighter becomes a question, and the plan moves only when you say so.

Twelve weeks, and what moved them

A plan is not a spreadsheet you fall behind on. It is a shape, and it changes when you do — an example block, and the moments that bent it.

Building Hard week Easier on purpose
Week 2 "I've only got dumbbells until Thursday." The week is rebuilt around what you can actually reach.
Week 5 "Honestly I've got nothing today." It asks whether to ease off or hold — and waits for your answer.
Week 9 "I want to be able to run 10k as well." The goal moves, so the shape of the next block moves with it.

What it does for you

Plans around what you have

The days you can train, the time you can give it, and the equipment you can actually get to that week.

Leads the session

Set by set on your wrist, so you are not reading a screen between efforts.

Watches the limits you set

Heart rate against ceilings you choose. It says something when you cross one; it does not decide for you.

Keeps the thread

What you told it in week two still counts in week nine. You should never have to repeat yourself.

Pick the voice that works on you

Motivation is personal. The training underneath is the same; the coach delivering it is yours to choose, and you can change your mind whenever you like.
